The End

However you may perceive the Book of Enoch, I’ve pondered it for years, and have high regard for it. Reading it upon exiting the New Age was frankly an epiphany that brought me back to Christianity… One of the factors, at least. And then I got back into the standard canon of Scriptures.

But aside from that –

It has a lot to say about the end of times, for one thing. I was reading it the other day (I have an app of it on my phone), and here was a show stopper remark from 79:8-10, as Uriel instructs Enoch.

The entire created order is in disarray, and he says,

“The thoughts of those who dwell on the earth shall transgress within them; and they shall be perverted in all their ways. They shall transgress, and think themselves gods; while evil shall be multiplied among them. And punishment shall come upon them, so that all of them shall be destroyed.”

This made an impact, upon hearing once more the arrogant braggadocio of a couple of the primaries from the WEF, boasting about becoming gods, and how now that God was dead (oh, really?), one in particular has his sites set on killing “His body.”

Anyone who speaks this way is clearly filled with, or at least overtaken by, the prince of darkness. The intention of that one has always been to usurp God. He knows he cannot. Yet he also knows that the way to hurt any loving parent is to go after his children.

We will see about that.

Scripture is likewise clear about the outcome.

Electronic Mediumism

This is definitely a “bad news good news” piece! What are we becoming or allowing ourselves to become, and how has it come about?

The thought keeps surfacing that it might be a good idea to disengage and divorce ourselves from the habit of passively “watching” things in general, to not settle for allowing ourselves to have – as a pastime or a lifestyle – the habit of sinking down to “relax” in front of a TV screen, computer, electronic game, or any other device. The danger here is two fold: This cozy habit allows us to be both hypnotized and programmed by whatever is being fed into us by whichever electronic medium or venue we are allowing, through this passive approach, to control our minds.

During this “quarantine” it is more tempting than ever to allow doses of an electronic drug of choice because few are used to stirring themselves up to any sort of creative pursuit, reading, or engaging in thoughtful conversation or any real interaction in the first place – let alone during any sort of forced confinement. (This is probably why people in prison seldom reform.)

My thought is that this behavior pattern (passivity and watching) is the foremost reason why we have come into this controlled state. TV (a general term for all devices, in my opinion, enhancing and encouraging passive watching) has been “broadcast” (cast broadly) right into our midst and minds. An electronic gate has been opened into the mind and senses and right into our living rooms where we would never knowingly open the door to any thief, murderer, or rapist. However, so many are blissfully unaware of the power of words, images, and music whereby they allow themselves to be entranced by these electronic mediums, – devices that hypnotize, program, and then control the mind. These are welcomed without question.

This should make it obvious how almost 4 billion souls have allowed themselves to be sold a lie (or half truth?) whereby they willingly walk into their homes and lock the door behind themselves for all intents and purposes, allow their lives to be stolen, as well as their ability to make a living along with it – let alone to be free to move about and enjoy the ordinary pleasantries we are used to having. God given rights and the power to be fully Human have been suspended and surrendered for a life of unconscious, stuporous, thoughtless watching (staring emptily at a screen). Most do not even realize or care as they also watch their lives, their country, their Constitution, and their world easily slip into the hands of the programmers representing the gates of hell.

If I could have one prayer answered for Humankind, it would amount to this: that the Human race – created in the Image and likeness of God – would snap awake and leave behind forever being passive watchers. I pray that we all can become aware of what’s happening and why, and then own up to our own willing participation in it.

We then need to turn that around and to become a force to be reckoned with against the technocrats and collectivists who over the years have offered us the trinkets of electronic mediumship by which many have been entranced and then fallen captive. A force PEACEFULLY to be reckoned with by understanding their agenda, turning away from it, and embracing our own life and purpose. No advocate of violence here. Understand! Shift the focus of your energy on your own behalf! That’s the thing. It’s a start worth attempting and sticking with it.

We need to seriously look at the parallels. People have throughout history surrendered their consciousness to hypnotists, spell casters, and mediums, willingly turning over (even if they think it’s “good” to do so) their mind to someone else’s suggestion. The same person who will say he’d never participate in such a thing – an occult activity – is the some one who will spend hours in front of a TV in a state of complete passivity. It’s no different. Mediums are witches when they are in human form, channeling spells and lies from another realm, dimension, or space of being onto a willing recipient.

This is why – going incrementally from radio, to TV, to YouTube and so forth – there are various electronic channels through which are directed programs that hook us into watching, whether it’s mainstream or alternative media. The verbiage is so in your face as to be unmistakeable. It is by these channels and programs that we have allowed ourselves to be entranced, mesmerized, and programmed – thereby permitting many to be rendered essentially unconscious (electronically anesthetized), manipulated, and maneuvered!

I keep thinking that one giant step for mankind might be to shut down all these devices by which we have allowed ourselves to become drugged and addicted electronically. Let the phone just be a phone, where people actually call each other to communicate, instead of a hand held “device”, about which we become frantic if we momentarily misplace it. We need to pull away entirely from these electronic leashes by which we have allowed ourselves to become regarded as lapdogs by those who manipulate the devices on the other end. We must snap out of our addiction to passive watching! Just shut the damned thing off (and I do use that word deliberately, as it is a damned thing, because it is in essence a medium used to coerce and control).

If we can do this, we may find in the current challenge (as in electric current!) that what awaits us is the most fertile ground and creative opportunity we have ever had to transcend the dark controllers! We may begin to actually grapple with the real questions: Who am I? Why am I here? Based upon the answers then, how am I to relate to what is going on and creatively offer who I am (my gifts, talents, time, and resources) the way God intended? This is, by the way, not to have them hijacked, extorted, or shunted from us by the thieving technocrats and collectivists which exist to rob us of our Humanity!

I recall the words of Jesus that the thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. What easy pickings we have become – by increments, ever since the onset of radio, TV, and eventually the Internet! We have been entranced into giving away all that we are through the wizardry of electronic witchcraft. All because of having become passive watchers. That’s the bad news.

We need to also reckon with the rest of His words – the good news: He came to bring us life and that in abundance! (See John 10:10) In God’s eyes we are Human Beings not human resources. We were created in His Image and Likeness – loving, holy, whole. But even after being seduced and reduced early on, He has provided a Way to end captivity and tyranny – THE WAY – through Jesus Christ, to become all that He intended us to be in Him – by Whom we are  reconciled to our Heavenly Father, resurrected, refit, and restored. It’s offered if we will but keep on asking, seeking, and knocking for this new direction.

The times challenge us more than ever with the question that is a clarion call: Do I want myself to be diminished by the gates of hell for destructive, sinister, dehumanizing purposes of becoming some sort of entity in a Borg like collective, or shall I surrender myself to the restoration of my full individuality and Humanity in Christ Jesus, to Whom belongs all authority in Heaven and Earth?

The latter requires not only awakening to Truth, to what is, to reality but a willingness to be divinely restored, but also an active participation in the process.

Truly – to be or not to be? That is the question.

Shiloh or Euphrates?

“Inasmuch as these people have rejected the gently flowing waters of Shiloah, And rejoice in Rezin and the son of Remaliah; Now therefore, behold, the Lord is about to bring on them the strong and abundant waters of the Euphrates, Even the king of Assyria and all his glory; And it will rise up over all its channels and go over all its banks. Then it will sweep on into Judah, it will overflow and pass through, It will reach even to the neck; And the spread of its wings will fill the breadth of your land, O Immanuel.”

Isaiah 8:6-8.

According to a number of Bible commentaries, the waters of Shiloh represent the Davidic Monarchy, in their most immediate application of these verses. Prophetic writings often have layers of meaning – from their immediate application, to their greatest fulfillment in the Messiah, and also a general pattern of how God relates to His people. By extension they represent the Kingdom of God in Jesus Christ.

The waters of Shiloh are compared with the flooding waters of the Euphrates, which refer to political or spiritual alliances made with other powers unauthorized by God that should never have been formed. Those alliances will then become like swelling, overflowing waters, carrying havoc and ruin wherever they flow, and they are spoken of as the wasting sweep of the Assyrian king whose capital stood on the banks of the Euphrates. Pictures are painted with words that define these happenings.

In light of the current situation this is well worth pondering very prayerfully.

All of these also find their applications which address general principles of how a soul relates to the gentle kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ – as the waters of Shiloh. These gently flowing waters depict in type how our Lord rules those who receive Him – He cares for us with His love and His servanthood (and that is the “mind of Christ” we are to allow to dwell within us).

How often is this rejected, however, in favor of surrounding ourselves and our lives with alliances we think will benefit us – worldly things, worldly thinking or doing, persons, political movements, false religions, or things about which we feel passionately? At some point these things that turn us on turn on us and become tyrants in our lives!

If we do not receive and live from the gentle waters along which the Good Shepherd would love to lead us, then the other choices which deceptively offer help, become oppressors. This is the basic take away from these verses. There may also be the choices of sinful pleasures, or even “innocent” things we are “passionate” about, vices, addictions, and the like. Many things have the power, if we choose them, to wash over us and sweep us away like a mighty river – because we reject the gentle waters of Shiloh! This rejection always amounts to faithlessness and idolatry.

The choice of Christ or the other “helpers” determines freedom or servitude. It is something of an irony we need to understand: To serve Christ is to find freedom in Him; or we can continue to choose other alliances which ultimately lead to servitude – often of spirit, soul, and body! Individually, nationally, or internationally.

The “current” situation seems to reflect the choices much of the world has made, especially the USA, whether it is the gentle current of Shiloh, or the flood of the Euphrates. We complain of being captives in our own homes, but is the real source of this flood of oppression a refusal of Christ and His gentle easy way, where we are asked to simply surrender ourselves to Him and to be receptive to the power of His Grace, where we should have been led by His Holy Spirit, and learned of Him, thus finding rest for our souls?

What has befallen the USA and much of the world has come about by many unholy alliances – on personal and political levels. Sadly this also is the case on the part of churches, pastors, and patriarchs who have allied themselves in their thinking and doing with worldly ways and potentates rather than putting on the mind of Christ! This should disturb us as a “mark of the beast” more than receiving some sort of computer chip into our body! For us it not the thinking of our head and the doing of our hand already an alignment with the Beast?!

So now the flood overflows its banks as we refuse the gentle waters of Shiloh. It overtakes many and sweeps away life and liberty. Christ’s offer of servanthood has been rejected. The tyranny of “serpenthood” has been allowed to supplant Him and the Kingdom of God.

The results are obvious. The flood of tyranny grows and overflows. At this point the only way out is probably to go through, to live under the result of these choices. We may, like the ancient Jews to whom this was written, need to learn the hard way that our choices have consequences and that Grace is not cheap.

But then the freedom to choose is actually the god at whose altar many worship , is it not?

What Time Is It?

Sound Familiar? Power, signs and false wonders, deception, wickedness – to deceive those who do not receive the love of the truth. (It’ a “heart condition.”) Do you think “he who now restrains” is being taken out of the way, so that even “virtual” or “augmented reality” will be on the loose to bring in great deception? This is the time of revealing, which is the meaning of “apocalypse”.

 

“For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only he who now restrains will do so until he is taken out of the way. Then that lawless one will be revealed whom the Lord will slay with the breath of His mouth and bring to an end by the appearance of His coming; that is, the one whose coming is in accord with the activity of Satan, with all power and signs and false wonders, and with all the deception of wickedness for those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth so as to be saved. For this reason God will send upon them a deluding influence so that they will believe what is false, in order that they all may be judged who did not believe the truth, but took pleasure in wickedness.”

2 Thessalonians 2:7-12.

Perspectives

Warning: This is not an easy “word.” So if you don’t like heat, then leave the kitchen now. Justice is being enacted on every level. It has to come about as a kind of reset. It may be in fact the end of things as we have known them, enjoyed them, and taken life as it is for granted.

The perception of this commenter is that the USA, in fact the entire world, is undergoing the judgment of God. We need to look beyond the circumstances, far beyond. What we see we may not like to even consider. There have been fairly localized events throughout history. This is global. But the patterns are here and clearly revealed in Scripture.

Go read the Old Testament. Search history. The pattern doesn’t change. God’s hand in the affairs of men did not stop with the maps section in your Bible right after the Revelation. And seldom does He use the “nice guys” to execute certain aspects of His plan, when it’s time to go out back behind the cosmic woodshed.

Everything is being shaken. 3000 unborn children a day cannot be murdered (USA alone) without the Lord hearing their innocent blood cry out from the earth! That’s only one matter. There are many more, including rampant occultism. And we’re worried about a head cold with an attitude, while this holocaust has gone on for the last nearly 50 years? We should feel threatened. What goes around comes around.

“Babylon” must fall and we have too long been content with her ways. Including her Babylonian-ized religions with Christian facades which utter not a sound of warning, but are often compromised and complicit, and in fact in bed with her. Some of that goes back a long way. Some of it is “new.” So it’s comeuppance time for all.

You can “name it, claim it, and frame it in Jesus’ name” all you want, but you’re not going to manipulate Him Who must come as righteous judge. Nor is there going to be any escape. “For the Lord disciplines the one He loves, and He chastises every son He receives. Endure suffering as discipline; God is treating you as sons. For what son is not disciplined by his father? If you do not experience discipline like everyone else, then you are illegitimate children and not true sons.” Hebrews 12:6-8. 

Take that to heart. Seldom is it taught or preached, this tough side of God’s love.

Where must our sights be set, then, who call on the name of the Lord?

“At that time His voice shook the earth, but now He has promised, ‘Once more I will shake not only the earth, but heaven as well.’ The words, ‘Once more,’ signify the removal of what can be shaken – that is, created things – so that the unshakable may remain. Therefore, since we are receiving an unshakable kingdom, let us be filled with gratitude, and so worship God ACCEPTABLY with REVERENCE and AWE.” Hebrews 12:26-28.

By the way, What ever happened to REVERENCE and AWE in worship? Too many “worship settings” are more like rock concerts with people walking in with their water bottles, drinks, and even snacks, spilling, dropping, chattering and chatting away, ready to be “uplifted” by bootie shaking hit tunes. Where’s the fear of the Lord – which is the beginning of wisdom – in THAT?! Where’s the heart prepared to receive the King of Kings? Maybe it’s time to meet Jesus with the whip, Who turns the tables on everything, instead of the feel good “entertain me and gimme what I want” Jesus!

As the old song says, “There’s a whole lot of shaking going on…” Pretty soon it’s going to be His shaking, and no one will be spared.

“After this I saw another angel descending from heaven with great authority, and the earth was illuminated by his glory. And he cried out in a mighty voice: ‘Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great! She has become a lair for demons and a haunt for every unclean spirit, every unclean bird, and every detestable beast. All the nations have drunk the wine of the passion of her immorality. The kings of the earth were immoral with her, and the merchants of the earth have grown wealthy from the extravagance of her luxury.’” Revelation 18:1-3.

The times call for repentance, humility, and surrender of heart, mind, soul, and body to the Almighty. All of life in fact! He didn’t create us, redeem us, and recreate us in Christ, after we rebelled and fell, to have us live to ourselves. It’s time to grow up in our understanding. 

We may do well to seize the opportunity that has been oddly presented us, in the form of a shut down of everything, for all our wheel spinning and time wasting to be better directed into prayer and meditation on the Word of God, and living according to it. “But He said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God and keep it.” Like 11:28.

Into The Unknown

After awhile one wonders where the truth (as far as current events) really is, and who controls the information flow and therefore the opinions (and anxiety levels!) of many human minds via media and the “internet of things.” The one side says catastrophe through global warming. The other side says there’s going to be an ice age. Then there are the ones who say that all the weather is being geo engineered by the super powers.

Who is censored by “Ewe Tube” (as in the Sheeple’s Tabloid News) and on other social media? Some say it’s the conservatives and Christians and “conspiracy theorists” (a term, it is said, that was invented and propagated by the CIA for several decades now). Yet I see many who sit under the tent called “Christendom” NOT censored who are just as conservative as the next info-mouthpiece. Likewise with some non religious conservatives. Likewise some conspiracy theorists.

So who gets chosen for censorship and who doesn’t? Is it the delivery style that “they” take issue with – for example, if you’re frankly rude? I’d vote for that idea personally, since I no longer choose to listen to the ones who cuss and name call and act like jack asses. Yet who knows who best serves – altho the information conflicts – those who control information flow, in spite of the label they wear? And is the purpose of that information flow to create mayhem through conflictual information?

As for information dissemination, do we even know if it is any longer human controlled, or has Artificial Intelligence advanced so much through the electronic universe that it now takes on a life of its own (Or provides a channel for unseen life with an anti human agenda)?

I just visited a link that deals with chemtrail / cloud seeding / geo engineering – claiming that all the snow now copiously falling on us is artificial. Can we know it this is true? Is the weather being controlled artificially? This guy’s message never changes. Nor does the fever pitch tone of his videos. I have followed him for years… until recently. But if “they” who control information do not want such things to become public, why is this person – clearly a conspiracy guy – allowed to keep broadcasting his perspectives? Frankly I’m suspicious as whether the planet is being boiled alive by greenhouse gases and too much bovine flatulence. All the while others support the “solar minimum” view and/or the onset of a mini ice age.

What’s seems odd is that opposing sides seem to point to NASA as one of their documentation sources! Somebody is not exactly being truthful here. Not to mention “Never A Straight Answer” (NASA) itself. Could these “publicly respected” agencies (NASA, NOAA…) also be participating in a massive push to keep the public confused and in conflict with one another, and thus provide different streams of “research” that provide each side of the argument with different outcomes? If so, what’s the point? And what are all these agencies actually? whose interests do they represent? Did you even wonder about the “tried and true”, the “reliable” sources we have been schooled to trust?

It seems as if all the exacerbated side taking keeps us at one another’s throats on ever increasing levels. And a divided public is an easily controlled public. But controlled by whom?

One question can be asked about the info glut: Is it even possible to know what’s true about the world of information anymore, except to conclude that mankind is pretty messed up and has been tinkered with for a very long time? My own conclusion is to stick with the Biblical narrative and to ponder its implications in detailed and thoughtful ways, especially the more ancient traditions about the “end times” rather than the newer theories on that.

Trust the Lord, stay prepared as much as possible, especially spiritually. Wait and see how it all works out. Beyond that I think it’s very risky business to put all our eggs in one basket or the other. After all they may wind up boiled or frozen. Who knows?
I think I’m in a holding pattern.

The reason I got interested in these things started around 2001. Things were happening worldwide and in the workplace that began to make me question things as never before. After going down one rabbit hole after another, I’m beginning to think that the reasons we’re where we are in our world are so staggeringly multi facetted that we can’t attach ourselves to one “theory” or another.

Think for yourself. Pray constantly for divine wisdom. Trust God. Don’t drink any of the flavors of Kool Aid. Stay alert. Ask questions. Be open and talk to one another in a civil manner. We might also consider that we have a common enemy that wants us to be the enemy of one another. This could create a great deal of vulnerability at a time when we need to be covering one another’s six instead of shooting or stabbing one other in the back.
